Final Sale Purchases
All purchases made from the Final Sale category are final. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies exclusively to items listed in the Final Sale category and does not extend to other discounted or promotional merchandise. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please contact our team for assistance.

We know gift-giving can be challenging. This is why we are offering extended exchanges through Jan 31. on items purchased in December.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@heavenforfans.com with the subject line " EXCHANGE".Exchanges of new, unworn items with tags are accepted within 14 days of purchase, if not exchanging sizes and you would like something else, store credit will be issued. Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
